Strong earthquake has hit the Indian Ocean just east of Mauritius.
A 6.3 magnitude earthquake has struck 320 kilometers north-east of Rodrigues Island and 901 kilometers east-north-east of Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius. The government has stated that there is no tsunami warning and stated that during the earthquake no one was injured or found dead.
New Guinea yet again hit with another earthquake.
Only a short period of time ago New Guinea was hit with a 6.7 magnitude earthquake and now another earthquake struck new Guinea with a magnitude of 6.3. The quake hit around three kilometers (two miles) off the west coast of the the island of New Britain. The bright side is that no one was hurt yet again because the earthquake appeared to be very distant from the areas people live in.
